Gifty Kyeame is a dedicated professional with a robust background in Environmental Resources Management and a proven history of Operational Leadership in high-pressure, complex environments.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management in 2016, Gifty served with the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she honed her expertise in field inspections, site evaluations, and emergency operation management. This foundational experience in resource management, combined with an MPhil in Environmental Resources Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) completed in 2021, has shaped her analytical approach to operational systems.

Since 2020, Gifty has played a pivotal role in the operations of Frontiers Healthcare Services Limited at Kotoka International Airport. Rising through the ranks from Protocol Officer to Operations Supervisor, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead, restructure teams, and optimize workflows in one of Ghana’s most critical transit hubs. Her career is marked by a seamless transition between field-based environmental work and large-scale, public-facing operational management. By integrating her technical knowledge of environmental resources with practical skills in team leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic rostering, Gifty has consistently delivered measurable improvements in operational performance.

She remains dedicated to leveraging her interdisciplinary background and leadership experience to tackle complex challenges in operational management, resource planning, and sustainable systems development, aiming to drive meaningful impact in every project she undertakes.
